Fund needed as request by underwritter -

A lot more is better or just right amount for closing.

I was requested by my LO about the fund needed for closing. He asked me to proof or verify some fund that available for closing (just in case underwriter ask him) . I have no problem to shown the lender but I want to know. Which one is better the more are the better or just right amount as shown on fund needed to closing on GFE. Thanks so much for your input.

I'm refinance less than 80% LTV at 4.75% 30yrs fix 0 point was lock 2 weeks ago. Mid Score only 710. I think I got a very good deal and rate.

It's never worse to have more than is needed.
