Is this a good offer? I lived in IL,chicago credit score 790, down payment 20%. First time home buyer. Closing date 10/31/14.

That GFE looks familiar when we had the first lender (we didnt like the nickel and diming of the fees) and went with a different lender . Closing ended up a lot lower than previous (from Chicago area also)

That's not a GFE, but it looks pretty solid. I'd say you are getting a good deal.
