GFE - Shane or Dallas, please help!

I am getting GFE from a few LOs and I wanted to know how I should be comparing them to decide on one...and how do I determine which 800 f ees are necessary and which ones aren't? Each has their own little things they have on there.

the fees in the 800s may vary.... but also may be very necessary. lenders charge what they charge.

should range between 1000 - 1500 + origination fee

or so

also... dont get too hung up on what the fee is named. doesnt matter. t 

 he loan officer may not control it. the lender will have their minimum fees.

 and you are correct, that other fees dont matter
