My Wells Fargo loan officer told me that they pull the standard FICO scores and take the middle score. The minimum FICO score required was either 640 or 620. (I could be wrong on that.) However, she gave me a list of other requirements--no collection within the last 12 months, no more than so many late payments within a certain time period.
