Getting approved for loan, what are my chances?

Hello everyone,Im 28 years my credit report have 0 negative items, 2 car loans that are paidoff in 2007 and 2009 2 open credit cards since 2007, and one closed by creditor in 2008 my uti is 10% on CC no lates or collections my Ficco scores are Transunion 768 Equifax 781. I have 10000 in savings for a downpayment wright now will save some more in next 6 months.Now here is my problem : Im a seasonal worker in asphalt company for the past 8 years my last year I make W2 27k$ and when the season is over I work part time 1099 the same company + I collect unemployment till another season gone start.I just did my income tax for 2011 and its 45k so do I got any chances in getting mortgage within 6-12 months ?The house I will like to get its in 150k range

I think your fine. Have your w-2's and banking statements for the last 2 years.

Only problem may be employment.  They like to see two years of steady employement.  With you going on UE every year it could make them nervous.  But the income is still good though.  Only way to find out is to apply.
