Almost done!!! Got the appraisal back came in at offer price so perfect there.
Only thing that came up was pest inspection recommended spot treatments in two spots😩!
Sent that over to underwriter said get it done so seller has appointment for the 22nd and then new inspection on the 23rd 😁.
All other conditions have been met!!!!
My only question is being that this underwriter does stuff super fast. If they okay closing could I close on Tuesday the 27th
