2 years ago my FICO was 556 thanks to a nasty divorce. Now it's a 732 thanks to hard work, discipline and great advice from people on this forum. I am finally going to buy another home again after 2 years of apartment living. I got a great 5.5% 30 YEAR FHA loan....I am very excited...I close on January 7th. Wish me luck and remember that if I can do it.....all you can do it as well. STAY FOCUSED and never lose grasp of that DESIRE...that AMBITION.
