At this time we are waiting on the 442 reinspect (hopefully it was done yesterday), so we can get our final clear to close!!

Waiting also, I have to send a May activity statement with bank stamp for review. Hoping that they are not requiring for me to have over 4,000.00 in my bank to close.... conditions came back requesting that but my mortgage broker assured me I only needed just over 2,700. Now he dicideds to check on it??? Grrrr ... Hoping and praying.
