I have an ARM Mortgage that will be adjusting next month. I am so concerned because it will adjust 3% which will make my payment go up by $1500.00! I need help as of how to type up a letter of consideration to have my loan adjusted at the same rate I have now so that i don't lose my house. I spoke to my bank which is Ocwen and they told me to send them a letter. I have a jumbo loan and no bank seems to be accepting those loans to refinance. Please help!
