Sent them a ton of my financials and documents and got a conditional pre-approval.
Today I sent in the Letter of Explanation as well.
Is this good enough to contact my realtor and begin searching for a home? Or should I wait for underwriting to say everything is ok all we need is a property?
I just don't want to get my hopes up and waste a realtor's time because something falls through. As on now, the LO has all the documents the bank has requested.
