-lox on inquiries(done)
-termite(done)
-appraisal(ordered)
-rural development income disclosure(done)

I feel as if that is just to simple. That's it. So these are all done what is next???

underwriter reviews conditions and clears the loan for closing.

loan will go into closing and they will issue instructions to title on how to draw up the hud-1 settlement statement.

once the lender approves the hud that the title co created..... sit & sign

You will first have to review your appraisal report when it comes in and acknowledge that you reviewed and received it. So that will be at least one more condition before clear to close. As long as your appraisal comes back fine, your file will be sent to the underwriter for final review and clear to close.
