We finally got our approval letter after months and months of waiting. I was so relieved to open that letter and our realtor (family friend) thinks we should be able to find what we are looking for in that range with no problems. Thank you all for the help I received along the way and the strength to keep with it this far. Just knowing there are other out there in the same boat helped so much.
Anyone want to share any tips for moving forward? Are there any things I should know?
