Got this fico alert after underwriting

My loan went into underwriting last week. We haven't heard if we have the clear to close or not yet, but I got this notification just a few minutes ago. Does this mean we did get officially approved?

 

"11 points increase- new interest rate on 30 year mortgage 3.494%"

It probably means your score makes you eligible for that rate.It could be a couple weeks after closing or a couple months after closing before its reported to the CRA's but very unlikely it's going to be reported before you close and the loan is funded.Congrats on the score increase
