I wanted to share this awesome calculator, you put in the home price, tax amount, insurance, down payment, monthly debts, etc... You select a front end and back end ratio percentage and it will show you how much a year you need to make to acheive that. It also shows you an estimate of the payment including taxes, insurance, as well as the estimated total monthly PMI you will have! It's pretty awesome so I thought I'd share! You can play with the ratios to see exactly where you are, it only goes up to 45% back end ratio though.
