Update:  My income change is enough to qualify me.  The change in pay and my previous base pay amount totals enough for monthly income.  The new issue is the fact that I am a "contract" employee. I am employed by the same company but I have a choice at what facility/and or state I work in.  I usually stay at one facility for 6 months then go to another one or stay where I am for another 6 months.  They want me to be a "permanent" employee, not contract.  I never knew anyone whose job was permanent. Anyone can be let go at any given time.  But, I understand what he means. FHA needs to  know that I will have guaranteed income for the next 3 years.  Unless people stop getting sick I'm sure that I will be in the nursing business for awhile LOL!  We shall see...
