It depends on the number of files they get through in a day. Indiana is averaging 22.3 files a day. In the past month or so there's only been 2 days that had less that 30 files submitted, this is why they keep getting further and further behind.

You know now that I think about it they probably have a influx of files on Fridays and Mondays because of not taking them on the weekends so it may take them longer to get through them now if they don't change the date tomorrow then something is going on.

Well it's after 4pm here and they are still on July 29th!!! Well how did you all do???? Any news for anyone?? I guess I can hope they can get past July 29th tomorrow lol!
