Is it possible find current listings?

Or, is finding properties off the beaten path and then seeing if they qualify as rural be the way to go?

Sometimes the listings will say that the property is eligible for rural housing or rural development, but not always.  Best just to find homes and cross reference them with the eligible areas at http://eligibility.sc.egov.usda.gov/eligibility/welcomeAction.do
