Just received notice that my loan has been CTC and title cleared. I'll be scheduled in the next available slot. Yes!

I'm posting my complete mortgage journey timeline below for anyone interested in how the process went for me...
2/27 - Pre-approved through lender
2/28 - Home tour
3/1 - Placed offer on house
3/2 - Offer accepted and contract signed
3/11 - Home inspection
3/12 - Home inspection report received
3/15 - Structural engineer inspection
3/16 - Contract contingencies removed
3/18 - Loan officially enter processing
3/19 - Structural engineer report received
3/22 - UW approved loan with conditions
3/25 - Received and met UW conditions... Lender and attorney processing the rest of the conditions needed.
3/26 - FHA Appraisal
4/2 - FHA Appraisal Report received - all clear
4/15 - UW wants information on credit report verified with Krull -- Done
4/15 - Received Insurance Binder
4/15 - UW Only needs title and taxes legal docs at this point...
4/16 - Insurance Binder had errors... Corrected.
4/16 - Legal documents received
4/18 - UW finds issue with legal documents -- Needs corrections
4/19 - Legal docs corrected and file sent back to UW
4/19 - Received CTC & Title cleared
TBD - Closing date
