In researching refi's, HELOCs, etc. I'd like to know the estimated closing costs for a HELOC? I realize they're much lower than a full mortgage closing but, we're being offered substantially different rates on a HELOC vs a rate&term with no cash-out.
Go with the R&T from one lender and the HELOC from another?
