I have Chase Mtg. with ontime payments for 4 years. Equity in Home is approx. 90,000
I would like to take out 15,000 to pay in full two chase visa's which have had recent baddies.
Since they pull TU in Ohio, dh score is 609, and they require a min. 600. Anyone had luck with Chase? I would assume that they would be happy to have me secure real estate in order to pay off their cards. Am I off base?
I'll probably wait until June 01, hopefully dh scores will be at least mid 600's.
