Utilization over 30% (some will say 25%) you will start to take pretty good hits score wise.
Overall, you're at 97%. On the 7k card you're at 99.9% util and the 15k card is 100%.
Get the balances down on the cards and you're score will go up. How much? It's tough to say really. I'd like to think that by dropping each cards balance by 50% would help.
