HOME BUYER TAX CREDIT QUESTION

I'm confused about completing the forms. I feel like an idiot, but I don't know what they are asking for when completing lines 10-22 of the 1040X form and I have a few issues with the other form (5405) as well. Can someone help.

Thank you Shane,

I'm totally in agreement with you, after long debating if I should spend the extra money having my tax lady complete the form. It will be well worth the money to have it done correctly without delays on my end.
