Do you mean what documents do you personally need to bring in for the loan closing/signing? Just a valid photo ID/drivers license.
Do you mean as far as getting approved? It's specific to each person's situation. Your loan officer will tell you exactly what they need. In general it's tax returns & W-2's for 2 years, bank statements for 60 days, and paystubs for 30 days.
