Habitat for Humanity is a worldwide organization and as such, has local affiliates to help out the greater cause.
http://www.habitat.org/cd/local/ is where you can search for your local affiliate if you are in the U.S. Once you are at the affiliate website you'd then click on "How to Apply" or something along those lines, and you'll be able to view the qualification guidelines (at least my local affiliate at
http://www.habitatoc.org/ has the guidelines posted). I couldn't find anything on their website about mortgage terms, so I Googled it for you, and found a link to the SONYMA program in NY that describes some mortgage terms - 2% interest rate sounds nice.
