Finally was able to talk to the business tax department and the 2012 business taxes have been processed. They were submitted Feb. 13th and there was a $0 balance due (we are an S-Corp and profits get passed thru to the owners, so the Form 1120S is always a $0 balance). They are going to fax me transcripts so I have them.
Update:
Our 2012 personal taxes have been processed and transcripts are available! Last week when I called on Thursday, they had not been processed yet and I was told to call back Monday but I ended up just checking the status online and they are available. One less thing to worry about. We e-filed 03/24/2012 BTW.
Are you in UW yet.
Tomorrow...they need my Profit & Loss for Jan - April and April bank statement which closes today so I'll send those over tomorrow and then it's being submitted to UW. There will be a new thread.
Wow so your are like just a couple days away from conditions if you get any.
Wonder how you got them back so fast, i efiled Jan 30th. Still not ready.
Maybe because you paid yours, im planning a payment plan.
I'm a little on edge right now. My LO had a problem with requesting my 2011 & 2012 transcripts and they were able to put in the request today. Apparently, my old tax preparer who did my taxes from 2006-2011 did not update my address for 2011 and used my 2010 address (I live in a different place), so that caused a delay. I'm hoping the transcripts will come in before our closing on the 15th. We already got our 2012 refund, so I'm hoping our transcripts will be sent soon. I really hope we don't have any last minute issues. Our LO said this was the last thing they needed before issuing final approval.
Yours are processed so just a matter of copies coming over, i think that takes 5 days.
Every one wondering why they get conditions that seem repetitive, this is really why i think is giving time for transcripts rather than say you have to wait on the IR$ to assure us you didnt lie to us about income.

Yea that's probably it, the taxes where money is owed are probably put at the back of the file so they can get through all the ones that are owed a refund or that a payment was paid toward.
