Just wondering what the requirements were now.  I assume it's gotten tougher??

It depends..

If you are looing for cash out type financing is has gotten alot harder.

If you have decent equity and FICO you should have no problems (unless youa re talking a jumbo loan which may require a fairly high FICO)

If you are underwater, but just by a little, there are gov't programs that MAY be able to help you to refi into a lower and more rate/payment.

I just refianced on my mortgage and only new requirement was causing issue was I had dispute status with some of my credit card company and they want either dispute resolved or the comment removed from the credit file. other then that everything was smooth.
