Headed to USDA!!

Received final approval from underwriting today and my file was sent to USDA!! LObsaid USDA here is looking at loans submitted 4/11 so I should hear something early next week!! Excited! However, always worried they wont approve for some reason. Whew...one more hurdle crossed!!

I'm jealous! I was sent to USDA around the 11th but in Texas they are on 4/2!!!!! I have a long wait. We were supposed to close on the 21st but having to do an amendment for the 28th now. I'm so bummed it's taking so long and very worried we won't get approved. My LO keeps telling me everything is fine.

It is set for May 1 but may be able to close early!
