we are submitting an application for a pre approval.  Our MyFico scores are 700,710,695 for me and 650,640,675 for my wife.  We gross 160K all salary 110 me, 50 her) per yr in KC and would have one car payment of 500 as only debt (recurring or installement).  100K in ret assets, 20K in down payment.

I would like approval for 400K on 30 yr fixed.  yeah or nay ?
