Just wanted to let everyone know of a great interest rate available out there. I just got a Heloc from Third Federal Savings and Loan. They are currently offering .10 under prime for loans under 50k and .65 under prime for loans over 50k. Which translates to 3.15 under 50k and 2.65 for over 50k.
It is a great deal no matter how you look at it. If you are in the market for this tiype of loan I highly recommend checking them out. No fees at all.
