In Missouri partial payments do not reset SOL unless there was an agreement to pay in full. The letter I have states that I am doing a partial payment towards the full balance and that the agreement was for 12 months / $100 month that they would be withdrawn on xxx date. No where does it state that I will be paying the full balance, that I agreed to any balance, etc. I made sure to check on that before I did anything.
