Help me understand HO6 Policy

Is the HO6 policy the  policy that I purchase for my condo?     My lender is asking for this....HO6 policy with dwelling cover equal to at least 20% of the subject property appraised value. Also I need to switch mortgage clause.  

What is the Property Insurance Declaration Page, and Declaration and By Laws?   Is that HOA's Master Insurance Policy?    Thank you!

Yes, you will need an H06. Your insurer will know what to do. We just had to give our lender the insurer's name and phone number and they called to get everything from them. The other stuff, yes, that is from the HOA and their insurance.
