hello all! Any info or guide would be awesome!
ending 2 year Landcontract. In 2 months my land contract will end, my brother and i are on it, my brother being cosigned. Figuring out late his credit score is not where its suppose to be . (he was suppose to be Rebuilding) so what i was told his income wont be added to mine due to his bad credit, Am I allowed to get another family member /family friend with good credit to be cosigned with me to refinance the mortgage under my name even though this family member or family friend was not on original contract?
is this possible? are their any other ways?
