Well our journey is well underway. We just got the appraisal back on the home we made an offer on and it appraised nicely so now it's all about the lender sifting through our financial life and wreaking havoc on us for the next 30 days. Appraisal, inspection and termite inspections have all been done, now it's just the money game.. Let the fun begin. I just take it day by day. As of today and this moment in time, I am well on my way to owning another beautiful home but this time with property for my horses so they don't have to live stabled and what happens tomorrow is not going to concern me. I am happy and grateful for right now...
