Has anyone in the respective fields listed seen a noticeable uptick in the application of FHA loans, FHA inspections and appraisals in the past couple months looking to get a case number in before the June 3rd deadline to avoid the potential dreaded "forever mortgage insurance"?
This was THE prime motivator for pulling the trigger when I did and my primary reason for working in rigid a deadline.
