Re: Highest and Final Offer??

I also wanted to let everyone know that I ran into a tiny issue that I'm hoping doesn't cause a HUGE issue.  The lending company office I was working with isn't contracted with the assistance program I am using, it's a different office.... So, everything is suppose to be changed over to another office (same company) that is contracted with the program I'm using... so, if all goes ok, I'll just be working with a new person, same company, same expectations....

Or, I could retake the first time home buyer class with the program that the lender I was working with is contracted with then meet with their counselor, bring all my paperwork, and fit their criteria... and my realtor would have to take their class as well when he just did the class for the program I'm currently working with.

I apologized to the lender, but told him, for my sanity alone, we might just want to transfer my file to the other office.... *sigh*

It hasn't even been a week into this process and I want to pull my hair out!  LMAO

.....In other news: I received the receipt via email for my earnest money and I went to Lowes and picked up paint swatches.... I may never paint this house due to my inability to decide on what I want!  UGH!

I really hope this doesn't turn into a nightmare, and I especially hope that we both end up moving into our homes quickly with out a lot of headache.
