BTW: to the ones from Vegas - I did an online insurance quote thing (big mistake, my phone wouldn't stop ringing) but I did receive a quote for $169 for a year.

$87000 property
$1000 medical
....I don't know what else....
and a $500 deductable
The agent also said they double, so if my home was a complete loss, they'd actually cover up to $250k....
It has a 20% off internet price for the first year and then 10% off for the second year, too.
From the specs (being the best I was quoted) and coming $200 less/yr than any other company, I am for sure going with them.
