We had a problem verifying the contractor. Which took a little time. (He almost pulled out because of the bank.) I am not a person that has a lot of patience. However all documents have been received and my file has been submitted to the underwriter for final review as of 11/6. I hope to hear something really soon.

We are in the middle of a 203K streamline too! Please keep us updated.  We are waiting to hear back from the appraiser now and hopefully we will hear something before Thanksgiving.  Are you still working on it?
