Home Insurance & Property Taxes?

With a USDA or FHA loan, it is possible to pay your home insurance and property taxes for the year upfront rather than including it in your monthly mortgage payment?

Re: Home Insurance & Property Taxes?

You are paying insurance up front

They are both going to require impounds for future payments

They dont want to risk you not making the payment
