Looking for a mortgage --
2.5 years our of foreclosure, and 4 years out of BK. Scores: TU: 703, EX: 708, and EQ: 653. I have had 2 mortgages in 2 years..sold my home, relocated, but have been declined by 6 banks for FHA...told I need 3 years out of foreclosure. 2 banks said I need 5 years from foreclosure.
Any options out there?
