Can anyone here chime on with their thoughts on this loan?

I'm seriously considering it and have viewed the movie and all that. I was hoping to here some real folks story's on this one.

Hi, I was wondering what you found out and if you ever took out this kind of loan. I will be working with a broker that is certified in this. Sounds too good to be true. Hope others will have opinions on this.

I've never heard of a Home Ownership Accelerator Loan someone please explain.

This is a great concept. However, you must watch out for the pretenders. I am going to use a software program that will allow me to payoff my new mortgage and HELOC (closing Monday) in about 9 years. However, I am using the software that everyone else is attempting to copy. Be very careful about what you pay your $ for.

BTW, when my fiancee and I get married and put our income together later this year, that number is going drop to about 6.5 years.

ETA; First mortgage is $620M
