Anyone work with a lender for the Homepath Renovation loans on Forclosed properties? We found a property that has this option and it sounds like a phenom deal... as little as 3.5% down, no PMI or upfront PMI, fannie can pay up to 6% closing, and you can borrow up to 35k against the repairs/renovation of the house and they'll use the new appraisal value! Sounds like the old 203k's with just some additional benefits.
