Home for the Holidays

I don't post often but I have been an avid reader of posts for the last six months or so.  I just wanted to thank all the posters for the information shared on this board.  Thanks to all of you I was able to close on my house today.  It was a very emotional event for me, as I had lost my previous home in Katrina and had to start over from scratch.  The knowledge I gained from the posts here help make the process much smoother.  For those out there still in the home buying process, do not give up!  Just 4 years ago, I literally had nothing but what fit in my car,  Today, I have a beautiful home.  If I can do it, you can do it!  Happy Holidays.
