Made it through the House & Senate, just up to the President.

He'll sign it ... This is just for those who closed before april 30th no??

 

I wonder what's up with the finance bill is this apart of that bill ... prolly ain't the thread but just curious.

Correct, this would be just to extend the deadline to close by, not to be under contract by.
