Was this a USDA loan? Which lender was this that picked up the closing costs?

USDA were no down payment loans available to rural or new developing areas. We used ours in Maricopa right before it ended here. But it is still available I'm some areas.

The lender we used was Homeowners Financial Group..they are the best! Never use a bank for a loan, you will get screwed out of a lot of benefits
