Does anyone know about how long it takes for a title to be ordered and secured? Thanks

Hi....there is no one answer for this. If there are no title issues, it should go fairly quickly. If there are problems, then it will take longer. Also, it depends upon how busy the title company is, etc. Does title depend upon survey? If so, has the survey been done?

+1 7-10 days is about the average time!
