How do i get "account in dispute" remarks removed?

HI! Waiting to here back from our LO but wanting to get these comments removed from our reports to clean things up. He doesnt think it will be an issue but i am trying to be pro active to speed up time. We are writing and offer next week and closing in july since thats when the house will be built. Can someone tell me how i do this for each Bureau
