I have alse heard other stats that nationally, 40% have left the biz. <= Which is a good thing for those that are left. And really a good thing for the consumer.... as the good ones will survive!! The bad loan officers really needed purging anyway!!
That would explain the many calls I am getting every day from one lending tree app weeks ago, even though I have already signed with a lender. I hope some of them have put some of that money they earned away for a rainy day- cuz it rains a lot here in Oregon
