Hello Guys,

I just checked my fico score and it shows 728. Could you guys tell me if this is good score for a mortgage loan of 300K??

Will I qualify?

Look at the "Will I qualify" link at the top of this forum. That score is in the 2nd-from-the-top tier, but it's probably only your EQ score. Also, no score will qualify you for a home you don't have the income to pay for.

Yes this is only my TU score, I have not checked my other scores. Income is good enough to secure this loan.

740+ being th top tier.

depending on down payment, the sub 740 will likely only cost you .125% or so in discount fees or could be rolled into the rate.
