Thank you, everyone, for the feedback. Since my wife's credit scores went up, i've been trying to find other possible issues with our file. After reading so many threads here, seeing the things that are causing snags and tripups for people, we have tried to find anything like that in our situation so that we can hopefully sidestep any possible landmines. lol
