How likely would I be able to get a loan?

Im a college student.  First class ever is Monday.  I have a $1000 CL secured CC.  Balance is like 350 bucks right now. (textbooks) I have a part time Job. I started about a month ago. My credit score is around 710.  The place I am looking at is around 60k.  Its a Condo.  3 years ago this place sold for about 150k!  Do you think its possible I would ever get approved?

what is your work history and credit history?  That are the key factors.  They will want a minimum of 24 months at the same job or in the exact same field. So if you just switched jobs and are noe part time, that is likely a deal breaker.  Also, they are normally going to want to see 3 active tradelines.
